Request to delete MindUP APP account

If you no longer use the MindUP service, you can apply to delete your account using the form below. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.

Please note:

• You can also do this through the "Account Management" > "Delete Account" function in the App.
• Once your account deletion request is completed, we will permanently delete your account information and all personal data. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• To verify the applicant's identity, please enter the same email address or mobile phone number used when registering your account.
