Therefore, the &quot;Silent Killer&quot; team proposed replacing traditional finger-clip devices with a ring-type detection device, utilizing pair-free data transmission and cloud-based AI to address a key aspect of telemedicine. In practice, this could achieve three benefits: reducing the burden on healthcare workers, decreasing the risk of infection, and providing real-time information access. Due to its innovativeness and uniqueness, the proposal was recognized by the judges and awarded the &quot;Judges&#039;
